Any natural person aged 18 or above and resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Slovenia or Slovakia is eligible to participate. The competition runs from 22nd December 2021, 09:00 am CET up to and including 23rd December 2021, 08:59 am CET. Unfortunately, we cannot consider late entrants, regardless of cause for lateness. Each eligible person is only allowed one entry. To participate in the competition, the participant must fill out their participant data, follow the Keller x Instagram account and agree to the conditions of participation. In addition, the participant - if they do not yet subscribe to the newsletter - must consent to the sending of adverts via email.
This consent can be revoked at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter, or by sending an email to [email protected]. The newsletter registration requires confirmation of the submitted data by clicking on an email link, which is made available to the participant by email after submission of their data (double opt-in procedure). The KELLER Group reserves the right to check the eligibility for participation and to request proof of age and identity (e.g. a copy of the identity document). Anyone who does not comply with this request can be excluded from participation. The prize can be withdrawn following the selection of a winner; a already-delivered prize can be reclaimed.
The winner is selected by means of a random draw. The winner will be notified by email by 23rd December 2021. The product can only be sent to the address and in the size specified on entering the competition. It is not possible to alter this information after entry. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. The judges' decision is final.
By participating in the competition, each participant accepts the conditions of participation. By agreeing to the conditions of participation, the participant also accepts the information on data protection and the transfer of rights, as these are part of the conditions of participation. The KELLER Group GmbH reserves the right to change the competition design or special conditions if there is a disruption (e.g. improper behaviour by participants). The KELLER Group GmbH is also entitled to exclude participants if they violate the conditions of participation, manipulate the competition or disrupt the competition. If one of the listed cases occurs, the prize can also be withdrawn retrospectively.
What happens to the saved data?
The KELLER Group GmbH, which is responsible for processing the data, processes the data provided by the participants in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection law (GDPR, BDSG (2018)). Your personal data will be processed for the implementation of the competition (Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR) as well as for sending you adverts via email (Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR).
Notice of right of withdrawal:
You can object to the use, processing and transmission of your personal data for sending adverts via email, and/or revoke advertising consent, at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter, or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. You can find more information on the processing of your data and your rights in our data protection declaration. German law applies exclusively to the exclusion of the UN sales law. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be ineffective or contradict the legal regulations, the remaining conditions will not be affected. In such a case, the legal regulations apply. The same applies to closing a loophole in the contract. The judges' decision is final.
